Oversees innovation evaluation, curriculum metrics, accreditation alignment, professional development, and grant-related initiatives.

Leads Indiana Tech’s institution-wide AI professional development strategy for faculty and staff. Oversees AI learning infrastructure, digital resources, workshops, assessments, analytics, recognition programs, and adoption initiatives. Partners with academic leadership, Human Resources, and Information Technology to embed AI competencies into onboarding and professional development. Monitors emerging AI trends, evaluates program effectiveness, supports grant reporting, and promotes ethical, secure, and responsible AI use across the university.

Leads Indiana Tech’s Learning Exchange and NIAIC Connect initiatives, overseeing strategy, operations, financial performance, grant administration, revenue models, workforce-learning programs, employer partnerships, consortium coordination, and cross-functional teams. The role manages budgets, milestones, reporting, staff, digital learning services, learner records, credentialing, analytics, and sustainable operating models while connecting credit and non-credit education pathways.
