Leads the YMCA’s enterprise-wide HR and people strategy, advising the CEO, senior leaders, and board. Oversees talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance, retention, culture transformation, DEI, total rewards, compliance, HR budgeting, and HR systems optimization. Partners across the organization to strengthen organizational effectiveness, engagement, leadership capabilities, and operational excellence while aligning people initiatives with the YMCA’s mission and strategic plan.

Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests; provide friendly member service at the front desk. Maintain required certifications (First Aid, Oxygen Administration; CPR/AED for open/close staff) and complete mandatory YMCA trainings within 60–90 days. Ensure minors are supervised and follow safety and reporting procedures.

The Wellness Advisor I ensures member safety in exercise areas, provides retention appointments, tracks member activity, and supports wellness goals.
