Chief Operating Officer leading WHEDco’s internal operations, strategic planning, budgeting, organizational systems, housing and real estate portfolio, IT, and Bronx CookSpace programs. The COO will oversee teams, strengthen operational capacity, manage affordable housing compliance and capital projects, support governance and board engagement, coordinate financial and risk management, and develop staff and organizational processes. The position requires regular onsite presence at Bronx housing developments and program sites.
