Provides technology implementation, application support, data entry and validation, reporting, attendance and meal-count monitoring, and administrative support for Early Learning programs. Assists staff and families with system access and troubleshooting, trains users, tracks compliance and documentation, identifies discrepancies, and coordinates with IT, vendors, Finance, and program leadership. Travels between program sites as needed and supports audits, licensing, enrollment, and reporting activities.

Leads graphic design projects for UCC and Latino Arts, managing design workflows, stakeholder collaboration, quality control, vendor relationships, asset libraries, and timely delivery of digital and print materials. Supports marketing initiatives through event assistance, social media content, brand development, and strategic design choices. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Director and Human Services leadership team. Manages calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, communications, files, inventory, purchasing, expenses, mileage, payroll documentation, time-off tracking, and office requests. Supports recruiting interviews, onboarding, and departmental communications. Serves as a liaison between leadership, employees, agencies, and external stakeholders. Requires bilingual communication skills, strong organization, computer proficiency, and local travel for supplies.
