Manage early- and mid-stage delinquent loan and VISA accounts through outbound and inbound calls, correspondence, payment negotiations, and follow-up. Document collection activity, meet productivity and collection goals, maintain regulatory and policy compliance, and escalate complex issues. The role requires strong communication, judgment, confidentiality, customer service, consumer-debt collection knowledge, and at least one year of credit union or financial institution experience.
