The Production Associate helps with loading/unloading equipment, following safety procedures, data entry, palletizing products, and maintaining production areas.

Lead divisional sales operations for corrugated packaging: grow revenue, integrate post-acquisition culture, manage sales and customer service teams, negotiate high-profile accounts, oversee RFQs/pricing, align plant capacity with customer demand, and drive operational excellence.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts by selling packaging and manufacturing solutions, meeting revenue and gross profit targets, managing a sales pipeline, developing account plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused service and value-added programs.

Lead and manage facility billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Supervise and develop the billing team, collaborate with operations, sales, customer service, and finance, support margin management and month/year-end processes, drive process improvements, ensure compliance and audit readiness, and support system and reporting enhancements.
