Leads procurement and strategic sourcing across North American operating sites. Manages suppliers, contracts, negotiations, inventory optimization, purchasing compliance, cost savings, supply continuity, and process improvements. Partners with supply chain, logistics, finance, and operations teams, coordinates audits, and indirectly supervises procurement staff. The role is office-based in one of several U.S. locations and requires up to 25% travel within North America.

Manage IT support and business systems for three U.S. sites (~150 users). Coordinate local infrastructure, service desk, telecom, vendor relationships, and ERP implementation. Support manufacturing and engineer-to-order processes, reporting (Power BI/SQL), cybersecurity compliance, audits (SOX), and small IT team leadership. Drive continuous improvement, project coordination, and alignment with global IT standards.

Lead and deliver manufacturing and construction projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, invoicing, and change orders. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, sales, safety), support bids, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
