The Recruiter manages end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, job postings, application screening, interviews, offers, hiring-manager consultation, and candidate data maintenance in Paycom. The role also supports career fairs, school and training-program relationships, employment-law compliance, career-page management, and HR projects. This is an in-office position with occasional travel within the Portland metropolitan area.
