The Human Resources Generalist will manage compliance with labor laws, employee relations, recruitment processes, and maintain accurate personnel records in a multinational environment.

Lead and scale HR across the U.S. and globally: manage benefits and vendor negotiations, multi-state compliance (CA, FL, HI), payroll and HRIS (Paycom), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, organizational development, policies, training, and employee engagement.

Lead day-to-day operations at the LAX branch overseeing forwarding and warehouse/cold-chain functions. Manage shipment lifecycle, carrier and customs coordination, cold-storage handling, regulatory compliance, and warehouse staffing. Drive process improvements using TMS/WMS, own KPIs (on-time performance, accuracy, throughput), mentor operations teams, and partner with leadership and HR to scale operations while reducing exceptions and improving client satisfaction.
