Provide administration and end-user support for SharePoint, Power Automate, and ERP systems (Oracle EBS). Manage accounts, separation-of-duties, purchasing hierarchies, troubleshoot issues, run SQL queries, document requirements and metrics, participate in projects, and provide training and occasional off-hours support.

Provide technical direction and support for customer support teams in closures/packaging: troubleshoot, perform lab/field testing (SRED/Response Surface Methodology), drive root-cause resolution, develop testing/training/materials, support startups, analyze competitors, and link field feedback to technology and supply chain while identifying service and product opportunities.
