Supports enterprise systems infrastructure across multiple locations, including servers, Citrix, firewalls, email, backups, monitoring, endpoint imaging, and networks. Identifies and remediates cybersecurity vulnerabilities, troubleshoots complex technology issues, coordinates vendors, manages system upgrades, maintains documentation, administers security training, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. The role also supports enterprise technology initiatives and requires regular local travel with occasional travel outside Minnesota.
