Provide full-spectrum HR support for a geographically dispersed workforce: payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, compliance (federal/state/OSHA), workers' compensation, HR recordkeeping, engagement initiatives, and HRIS/process improvements while partnering with managers and the HR Manager on strategic projects.

The Operations Forester will oversee forest management activities, including planning, timber harvesting, road construction, and budgeting, while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Manage and secure AFM's Windows-based network and systems infrastructure. Administer servers, VPNs, firewalls, backups, endpoint protection, Active Directory/Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 services. Perform diagnostics, incident response, vendor collaboration, documentation, and user support to maintain availability and security.
