Perform as the Green Bay Gamblers mascot at home games, community appearances, sponsor and media events, and private functions. Manage costume care, cleaning, maintenance, and character development. Participate in promotional activities, skits, contests, photo opportunities, and crowd entertainment. Promote the brand, coordinate with local media, create and edit social content and game highlights, conduct interviews, write postgame recaps and press releases, assist with pre/post-game activities, and work game nights and weekends. Up to 10–20 office hours weekly; other duties as assigned.

Produce and pitch creative social content, interview players and coaches, promote the brand with local media and at events, assist the marketing team with game promotion and pre/post-game activities, work most home games, and commit 10–20 office hours per week.
