Advises executives and department heads, manages workplace disputes and harassment claims, supports safety and return-to-work initiatives, and participates in regulatory inspections and audits. Oversees benefits administration, employee evaluations, policy development, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
