Lead and grow the Called Initiative by building relationships with dioceses, coordinating programs and events, developing resources, managing Called website content and reporting in Salesforce, fundraising support, and representing SFLA at conferences and schools. Role requires travel, outreach, and collaboration with regional and field teams.

Manages the President’s calendar, inboxes, travel, itineraries, meetings, board coordination, schedules, receipts, and expense reports. Coordinates with internal teams, board members, supporters, media, and event organizers to ensure smooth logistics. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend emergencies, frequent communication, driving, and travel to trainings, speaking tours, donor events, and other activities.

Manage and cultivate a portfolio of 200–300 donors across the Midwest and Mountain region. Identify and qualify prospects, schedule and conduct meetings, track donor interactions in development databases, coordinate and host events and galas, support national fundraising campaigns, and execute donor stewardship including handwritten notes and special gift campaigns. Heavy travel required to grow regional support and meet fundraising goals.
