Manage and cultivate a 200–300 donor portfolio across the Midwest & Mountain region, build relationships via meetings and events, track interactions in development databases, coordinate regional events and campaigns, and support national fundraising initiatives with heavy travel (≈80%).

Manage a 300-500 donor caseload in the $1,000–$1,999 range to increase retention and upgrade giving. Conduct donor qualification through virtual meetings, perform donor research, manage CRM and donor communications, meet weekly outreach metrics, schedule meetings for major gifts team, and maintain detailed donor records and reports.

Coordinate and grow the Standing With You initiative by maintaining the resource directory, connecting pregnant and parenting students to services, mentoring campus leaders, managing partner relationships and program logistics (kits, diaper fund, scholarships), contributing to marketing outreach, tracking program performance, and supporting special projects and reporting to senior leadership.
