Provide substantive legal and administrative support for the Investment Management & Securities group, including compliance program tracking, preparing and filing regulatory documents (Form ADV, U4/U5), managing client correspondence and digital files, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining compliance reports and email archives.

Support firm marketing and business development by creating and scheduling social content, drafting/editing collateral, assisting video and graphic work, planning events, managing CRM and mailing lists, supporting proposals/RFPs, tracking budgets and invoices, and using AI tools to streamline research and content creation.

Support the Construction Litigation team in commercial and multifamily residential matters. Handle all litigation phases with emphasis on pleadings, written discovery, depositions, oral motions, trial assistance, and managing corporate contracts. Provide timely case updates, collaborate in-office, and participate in professional organizations and networking events.

The candidate will handle purchase and sale transactions, advise on business structures, conduct due diligence, and prepare legal opinions. They will collaborate closely with clients and other professionals in various legal matters.

Assist in personal injury litigation including client intakes, drafting pleadings, evaluating claims, and providing counsel. Requires strong communication and legal skills.
