Lead and improve core accounting operations including month-end close, AP/AR, invoicing, project financial tracking, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. Own accounting workflows and internal controls, support cross-functional teams, translate financial data for leadership, and implement process improvements. Role is part-time with potential to expand to full-time and grow into a Controller position.

Manage monthly client invoicing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and project accounting. Support month-end and annual close, maintain project setup in timekeeping/billing systems, assist audit and compliance tasks, and identify process improvements while partnering with internal teams to resolve billing questions and maintain accurate financial records.
