Provide administrative and client-facing support to case managers handling a high-volume pre-litigation caseload. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or transfer to litigation.
