Provide entry-level HR support including recruitment and interviewing, scheduling and onboarding, pre-hire screening, inputting employee data, managing training accounts, tracking certifications and compliance, maintaining personnel files, and performing general administrative duties (phones, correspondence, supplies, event coordination).
