Manage daily operations for an affordable housing community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, certifications, compliance, reporting, vendor coordination, inspections, maintenance coordination, and team supervision. Ensure adherence to LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord-tenant requirements while supporting financial performance, occupancy goals, documentation accuracy, and emergency procedures.

Oversee multiple affordable housing communities and onsite property management teams. Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, HOME, and Fair Housing requirements; maintain audit-ready records; support leasing, collections, maintenance, reporting, budgeting, and expense management. Coach Property Managers and onsite staff, monitor financial performance, and promote resident satisfaction, safety, and positive community environments.
