Leads Video Operations Center shifts, directs VTC administrators, and serves as the operational escalation point for SBC/CUBE and E911 issues. Oversees Tier 1–2 troubleshooting, system health monitoring, reporting, documentation, audit compliance, SOP adherence, change management, and staff mentoring. Participates in engineering-led maintenance and testing while preventing unauthorized configuration changes and coordinating escalations to Tier 3 engineering.

Requires three years of VTC or collaboration operations experience, DoD IA and CE certifications, and an IT-I Critical Sensitive or Tier 5 clearance.

Execute full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical and operational roles supporting USSOCOM. Source cleared candidates, support high-volume proposal staffing, translate PWS/SOW requirements into hiring strategies, ensure FAR/DFARS/OFCCP compliance, maintain ATS/HRIS audit-ready records, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and collaborate with TA, BD, HR, Security, and Program teams to meet surge hiring needs and clearance constraints.

Provide 24/7 monitoring and Tier 1 administrative support for AV/VTC and collaboration edge infrastructure. Triage SBC/CUBE and SIP incidents, monitor VTC sessions, observe engineering activities, support IPTV/digital signage publishing workflows, maintain documentation, assist with audit and E911 validation, and perform checklist-based continuity tasks without making unauthorized configuration changes. Support vulnerability remediation, change management validation, and occasional overtime for remediations or overseas mission requirements.

Engineer, operate, and maintain telecom systems supporting voice, video, and data (VTC, SBC/CUBE, SIP trunking, IPTV/digital signage). Perform hands-on configuration, Tier 2 troubleshooting, patching, change management, documentation, failover testing, and coordination with carriers and partner agencies to ensure operational continuity and compliance with enterprise standards.

Perform hands-on engineering, configuration, and Tier 2 troubleshooting for voice, video, and data telecom systems (AV/VTC, SBC/CUBE, SIP trunking, IPTV/digital signage). Execute approved changes, support vulnerability remediation, maintain audit-ready logs, coordinate carriers/partners, and serve as on-shift technical authority to ensure operational continuity and compliance with enterprise standards.
