The Design Projects Manager oversees a multi-disciplinary design team, ensuring high-quality design output and efficient workflows while fostering innovation and mentoring team members.

Serve as a content expert and trainer for QuaverHealth•PE, leading virtual and in-person trainings, coaching teachers at school sites, hosting events, representing the company at conferences, and supporting curriculum implementation and adoption.

Develop and write high-quality music curriculum and resources (lesson plans, units, assessments), research music and cultures, align content to standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, edit and revise materials, and participate in professional development.

Test web-based educational software and lessons across platforms and browsers, document and report bugs, write reproducible test steps, use spreadsheets and Asana, and collaborate with Development, Art, and Content teams to ensure release quality.

Support educators in implementing QuaverMusic by leading virtual and in-person trainings, coaching teachers on curriculum use, hosting events, representing the company at conferences, and providing product expertise and advocacy to schools and prospective customers.

Serve as primary district/school contact to ensure successful QuaverHealth•PE implementation through coaching, virtual and in-person trainings, resource creation, events, and conference representation. Collaborate cross-functionally and support sales and other initiatives as needed.

Conduct detailed accessibility audits and remediation for PDFs, web content, and multimedia to ensure WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, and ADA compliance. Perform manual testing with screen readers and assistive technologies, collaborate with designers and developers, document findings, and support internal standards, vendor coordination, and accessibility improvements.
