Test Salesforce releases for a New York State Department of Labor unemployment insurance call center. Develop and execute SIT and E2E scenarios covering workflows, case management, integrations, and user interfaces. Maintains personnel databases, manages onboarding and offboarding, updates military positions and organizational records, tracks vacancies and awards, coordinates Reserve orders and funding, manages deployment training requirements, monitors personnel actions, participates in organizational meetings, and delivers personnel status briefings to senior leadership.

Provides acquisition and program management support across Air Force and DoD programs, including cost, schedule, performance, risk, documentation, reporting, source selection, funding, contractor coordination, and program integration. Supports Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle, develops executive-level briefings, tracks deliverables, ensures regulatory compliance, and advises on acquisition policies and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end Oracle CLM implementation and rollout projects. Gather requirements, design contract workflows and approval hierarchies, configure Oracle procurement and contracts modules, conduct fit-gap analysis, coordinate testing and deployment, plan data migration, and collaborate with technical teams on integrations. Provide stakeholder management, user training, change management, and functional support for legal, finance, procurement, and contract teams.
