Provide administrative and operational support across multiple offices: assist leadership with scheduling and travel, manage CRM data entry, coordinate onboarding and office logistics, support events and employee engagement, liaise with vendors, handle mail/supplies, and assist with client and business development tasks to ensure consistent, efficient office operations and a positive workplace culture.
