Lead planning and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM/SCM/FDI implementations and optimizations in a healthcare environment. Manage schedules, budgets, scope, risks, vendors, integrations, data migration, and stakeholder engagement. Drive change management, adoption, and compliance using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Coordinate and track IT projects for biomedical equipment across departments; maintain project plans, identify risks, liaise between IT, clinical teams, vendors, and leadership, support deployments and change management, collect performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.

Designs and delivers organization-wide leadership and employee training programs. Partners with leaders and HR to assess development needs, create experiential, eLearning and instructor-led content, run orientations and annual training, manage the training lifecycle, and support talent development and a high-performance culture.

Support strategic compensation for a healthcare system: evaluate jobs, maintain job architecture and pay structures, perform market pricing using healthcare surveys, support merit and incentive processes, ensure FLSA/EEO/OFCCP compliance, produce and audit compensation reports, advise HR and TA on offers and classifications, and improve compensation workflows and data integrity.

Drafts, negotiates, and manages physician and provider employment and compensation agreements; ensures compliance with Stark, AKS, and FCA; advises leadership on legal, financial, and regulatory risks; supports healthcare M&A; develops templates, policies, and contracting processes; educates staff and coordinates cross-departmental contract reviews.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise infrastructure: administer and optimize Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix, SAN and SQL environments; lead software distribution, patching, backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning; manage server security including EDR (CrowdStrike); support container-based apps and Azure cloud infrastructure; perform database administration and participate in on-call rotation.

Greet and assist patients, visitors, vendors, and staff; manage visitor verification and check-in/out via systems (Cerner, Raptor, Teletracking); provide wayfinding, wheelchair support, enforce visitation policy, maintain safety and professionalism, and escalate security or patient distress as needed. Weekend/evening PRN shifts.
