Administers government, AbilityOne, subcontract, and commercial agreements from pre-award review through closeout. Interprets FAR, DFARS, and related requirements; evaluates contractual, pricing, compliance, and performance risks; prepares modifications and pricing actions; supports audits and proposals; maintains audit-ready records; develops dashboards and recommendations; and coordinates negotiations and contract activities with customers, government officials, and internal stakeholders.
