Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, managing full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, investigations, HRIS/HR data and compliance tracking, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory reporting.

Manage accounting, budgeting, grant and contract financials for WestCare Foundation.
