Provide day-to-day and strategic HR support for a residential behavioral health facility: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HRIS and LMS administration, benefits support, training coordination, and workforce engagement.

Lead regional business development for behavioral health services in the Lehigh Valley: build provider and community relationships, create strategic growth plans using market data, execute sales and retention strategies to meet admissions goals, coordinate with clinical and admissions teams, and prioritize high-need referral partnerships. Develop and execute regional growth strategies for autism-specific clinical partnerships; manage strategic accounts nationwide; use Salesforce to track outreach and analyze data; collaborate with facility and national leadership; provide concierge admissions support; attend conferences and conduct regional travel to drive referrals, admissions, and care coordination.
