Provides administrative support across departments by managing calendars, meetings, documentation, records, communications, filing systems, leadership priorities, process improvements, and corporate events. The role supports customer and employee interactions, coordinates initiatives, handles confidential information, and maintains accurate data and documentation while adapting to changing business priorities.

Coordinate and administer company-wide learning programs and the LMS; maintain training records and compliance documentation; create reports and dashboards; organize onboarding and training events; gather learner feedback and support adoption of the LMS to improve employee development.

Build resilient supplier ecosystems across Asia, North America, and Europe, drive executive negotiations and long-term agreements, anticipate market and allocation risks, implement supply assurance and risk-management frameworks, optimize total cost through value engineering and make/buy analysis, and partner cross-functionally to align supply strategy with product roadmaps and customer commitments.
