Supports warehouse and material flow operations within a manufacturing facility. Designs warehouse layouts, improves receiving-to-shipping workflows, develops kitting and replenishment processes, and optimizes storage capacity and material presentation. Provide day-to-day program-management support across engineering-focused programs: maintain schedules, track milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies; monitor production impacts; support NPD, STEP governance, and tool/process adoption (Smartsheet); prepare status reporting, dashboards, and KPIs; and progressively assume greater program responsibility as experience grows.

Design, implement, and manage onboarding, upskilling, and technical training programs for manufacturing and service teams. Enhance tech support model, create train-the-trainer modules, track training effectiveness, maintain records, and partner with HR, safety, and external schools to build talent pipelines and improve retention and productivity.

Lead full software lifecycle for embedded, mission-critical products: capture requirements, design architectures, implement and test features, maintain subsystems, and mentor junior engineers.
