Design and fabricate cryogenic photonic and superconducting devices, including SiN passive components and SNSPDs. Own end-to-end prototyping in cleanroom environments, optimize manufacturing processes, establish SOPs and Processes of Record, maintain PDKs and component libraries, and collaborate with testing, packaging, and systems teams to improve device performance and development cycles.

Build Great Sky's recruiting function and run full-cycle searches for highly specialized technical and business roles. Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers, create scalable recruiting processes (ATS setup, pipeline tracking), and improve hiring efficiency through AI and market intelligence.
