Processes donations onsite, scans gifts, prepares files, coordinates check deposits with Finance, enters and maintains donor data in Raiser's Edge, and produces acknowledgments and tribute cards. The role also manages returned mail, runs data audits, and supports timely, accurate gift processing during peak workloads while maintaining confidential information.

Leads enterprise finance transformation initiatives, including ERP discovery, selection, implementation, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and workflow automation. Partners cross-functionally to gather requirements, improve accounting processes, evaluate AI-enabled solutions, manage stakeholders and timelines, perform system configuration, and ensure data integrity, compliance, scalability, and business continuity.

Lead and supervise volunteer teams in warehouse projects (packing, kit building, reboxing produce). Manage supplies, train and orient volunteers, ensure safety and food-handling compliance, operate material-handling equipment, coordinate onsite projects, communicate with staff, and perform general warehouse duties including sorting and order pulling.

Analyze and improve processes and systems to support mission and operations. Gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborate with IT and vendors, run UAT, configure and support public-facing platforms, map workflows, lead rollouts and training, and maintain documentation to ensure data quality and operational resiliency.

Support holiday fundraising operations by triaging donor emails and calls, processing donations, updating Raiser's Edge and FreeWill data, assisting with mailings, data hygiene, and donor stewardship tasks. Work closely with Annual Fund and Development Operations teams to maintain donor records, run maintenance queries, and ensure timely acknowledgments during peak season.
