Supports Resource Development leaders through donor research, CRM and technology optimization, pipeline and performance analytics, budgeting, forecasting, presentations, donor communications, compliance tracking, and annual goal management. The role coordinates across fundraising, marketing, communications, and corporate donor teams while preparing reports, meeting materials, and strategic planning updates.

Oversee day-to-day nonprofit accounting operations including payroll, revenue recognition, donations/in-kind valuation, inventory FMV, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Lead two direct reports, support month-end/year-end close, perform analyses for leadership, and ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial records.

Support daily coordination between corporate donors and nonprofit partners, assist account managers with scheduling, data entry, and reporting, track workflows and metrics, facilitate stakeholder communication, and help ensure efficient donation distribution across the network.
