Manage and maintain the chorus music library: collate, prepare, distribute, retrieve and account for music. Upload markings to the chorus portal, coordinate with chorus and orchestra staff, respond to member and external inquiries, and help develop music policies and procedures.

Support planning and execution of major galas, donor cultivation, and stewardship events. Manage silent auction logistics, solicit items, maintain records and inventory, coordinate vendors and volunteers, manage event webpages and communications, and assist with other Development duties. Requires evening/weekend availability and occasional event attendance.
