Provide part-time administrative HR support to the Director and HR Operations Specialist: maintain HRIS, assist with compliance audits, coordinate meetings and employee engagement, manage access cards and shelter security using EMERGE, monitor daily activity reports, answer and route calls, provide crisis intervention and referrals, and collaborate with residential and hotline staff.

The Grant Development Specialist manages the grant development process, conducts prospecting for new opportunities, and supports administrative activities throughout the grant life cycle, ensuring compliance and effective project management for public and private grants.
