Maintains student, extern, and employer records; coordinates externship paperwork, attendance, orientations, site assignments, reporting, and compliance documentation. Supports Career Services staff with student advisement, employer liaison activities, events, presentations, checklists, and administrative processes. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and computer skills, with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Manage and support campus Career Services operations and placement programs. Oversee assigned program portfolio, staff productivity, employer relations, externships, student professional development, compliance, metrics, and alumni relations.
