Administer the job placement program for graduating students by building employer relationships, connecting students and graduates with employment opportunities, and preparing students through career development workshops, resume development, and interview preparation.

Facilitates prospective student inquiries, interviews, eligibility assessments, campus tours, financing discussions, enrollment, orientation, and follow-up. Maintains student records, transcripts, graduation documents, attendance, placement information, and enrollment files. Supports accounts receivable and payable activities, invoicing, payment processing, reporting, and account reconciliation while assisting the School Director with daily office and school operations.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, records management, employee changes, leaves, benefits, offboarding, reporting, and compliance. Maintains accurate data in Paycom and other HR systems, responds to employee inquiries, prepares documentation and presentations, follows up on outstanding workflows, and identifies process improvements while safeguarding confidential information.

Supports the Director of Education in leading campus education operations, supervising instructor files and onboarding, monitoring classroom quality and academic metrics, managing schedules and student leave processes, and coordinating retention initiatives. The role also assists with instructor recruitment and training, classroom observations, compliance, and strategies to improve student retention, graduation, completion, licensure, and externship outcomes.

Liaises with education and career services teams, prepares presentations and documentation, tracks attendance, and ensures externship records meet institutional, state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
