Provides administrative and operational support to the Strategic Alliances and Translational Sciences divisions. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, communications and document preparation, expense reconciliation, invoice and payment requests, donor acknowledgements, PowerPoint presentation support, travel coordination, visitor and caller assistance, records management, and adherence to organizational policies.

Lead complex cross-functional operational projects across facilities, IT, security, procurement, and process improvement. Develop project plans, implement operational systems, coordinate vendors and building partners, maintain operational processes and reporting, and support leadership and teams to resolve and escalate operational issues.
