The Concessionaire manages onboard concessions, providing customer service for food, beverages, and merchandise while maintaining inventory and meeting sales goals.

Lead and coordinate rehearsals and performances for The Polar Express Train Ride, supervising performers and assistant stage managers to ensure safe, consistent shows. Manage props, costumes, inventory, and production reports; coordinate across departments; coach talent; troubleshoot operational issues; assist recruiting and training; support special events and seasonal initiatives.

Support the Production Stage Manager and Special Events Coordinator to run The Polar Express™ Train Ride. Assist rehearsals, supervise performers, maintain props/costumes, coordinate with departments, ensure safety and production standards, train and mentor cast, manage inventory, and help deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences during a seasonal, event-driven schedule.

Maintain, clean, organize, distribute, and launder all Polar Express Train Ride costumes. Inspect costumes daily for tears, stains, and missing pieces; repair and mend as needed. Manage dressing room presentation, assist with actor/volunteer check-in, and handle costume inventory. Must work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended seasonal hours.
