Provides administrative and operational support for supplier onboarding, vendor record maintenance, contract administration, procurement documentation, compliance tracking, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. The role also supports hiring events, job fairs, military recruiting, and community outreach while ensuring timely, high-quality candidate engagement.

Leads enterprise IT operations, helpdesk delivery, infrastructure support, asset and access lifecycle management, disaster recovery, vendor relationships, IT policies, and support staff development. Serves as the primary escalation point for technical issues and drives automation across provisioning, endpoint management, ticket routing, and routine support. Oversees IT projects, service levels, security, compliance, and continuous process improvement across a distributed organization.

Lead software delivery by translating complex initiatives into actionable plans, coordinating engineers, enforcing architecture and engineering standards, reviewing code, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing releases and environments, and handling production incidents. Provide hands-on technical guidance across software, infrastructure, and data science while improving engineering practices, documentation, testing, and operational reliability.

Manage work orders from field completion through invoicing, ensuring accurate documentation, approvals, billing data, and timely closure. Administer CMMS records, equipment and customer setups, preventive maintenance parameters, workflows, and data quality. Coordinate with operations, accounting, procurement, technicians, and customers to resolve billing issues. Prepare quotes, submit invoices, monitor aging queues, produce operational reports, support system testing, and improve billing and CMMS processes.

Coordinates manufacturing training and qualification programs for production technicians. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, developing curricula and assessments, coordinating onboarding across shifts, maintaining training records, supporting trainers and evaluators, partnering with subject matter experts, validating learning materials, tracking completion and qualification gaps, and evaluating training effectiveness. The role translates technical and operational information into structured learning solutions while aligning site programs with enterprise talent development standards.
