The Director of DC Operations & Logistics will oversee distribution, order fulfillment, and logistics at evo's U.S. distribution center, optimizing operations, managing teams, and improving efficiency while ensuring high service levels.

Manage monthly and annual close across multiple international entities, ensure SOX compliance, prepare/review financial statements, reconciliations, and accruals. Support audits, tax filing across jurisdictions, budgeting and forecasting, maintain internal controls and financial systems, analyze performance, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements.

Lead studio operations to produce on-brand product photography and video. Manage studio budget, lighting, asset sourcing, and a team of photographers/stylists. Act as producer/project manager/art director for shoots and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality content.
