Lead hotel sales efforts by prospecting and closing business across corporate transient, group, and catering segments. Manage and develop the sales team, set and track sales goals, create sales strategies and budgets, monitor market trends and group performance, and collaborate with hotel leadership on promotions and operational improvements. Occasional regional travel required.
