The Director of Development will lead major gift fundraising strategies, manage donor relations, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance philanthropic efforts. Responsibilities include donor engagement, stewardship, and execution of fundraising initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Develop and execute grant strategy, research and write proposals, manage a portfolio of funder relationships, maintain annual grant calendar and budget, ensure compliance and reporting, monitor grant spending, and coordinate cross-departmental grant activities.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure compliance with contracts, assess program processes, and support risk mitigation efforts for service quality.
