Manage automotive financing and leasing, present warranties and protection products, build lender relationships, prepare accurate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor funding, and guide customers through the purchase process. The role also supports dealership launch preparations and contributes to finance and sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Engage internet customers through phone, text, email, and video; build rapport, respond to leads, set and confirm showroom appointments, and consistently follow up with current and past customers. Collaborate with sales managers and sales staff while tracking daily performance metrics. Success requires energy, persistence, strong communication, customer focus, coachability, and basic computer skills.
