Owns and scales complex mass tort campaigns by building workflows, case review processes, status structures, dashboards, and project plans. Reviews case files, identifies gaps, routes matters to attorneys, coordinates internal teams and external partners, directs assigned staff, and monitors deadlines, quality, campaign health, and operational risks. Prepares reports and represents the firm in campaign meetings while ensuring follow-through and efficient litigation operations.
