Manage day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, including order entry, customer communication, CRM updates, KPI monitoring, reporting, delivery tracking, and issue resolution. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate with internal teams and delivery staff, identify process improvements and revenue opportunities, and report account activity to the store manager. The role is primarily office-based with regular customer visits and face-to-face interactions.
