Handles internet inquiries, phone leads, emails, and customer interactions to recommend vehicles, provide product information, schedule demonstrations, and support sales appointments. The role requires strong communication, customer service, follow-up, multitasking, quota achievement, and proficiency with DealerSocket CRM. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Supports dealership sales by preparing legal documents, arranging vehicle financing and leases, verifying compliance and insurance, collecting payments and titles, processing registrations, calculating profits, and selling aftermarket products and protection plans. The role requires professional customer service, accurate transaction processing, knowledge of Washington State delivery requirements, regular attendance, and extensive standing and walking on the dealership floor and lot.
