Lead end-to-end mechanical design and prototyping of scroll compressors and vacuum pumps. Create SolidWorks models and fabrication drawings, perform FEA/CFD analysis, design for manufacturability, support prototyping and testing, troubleshoot prototypes, and mentor junior engineers. Work independently on defense-related programs and establish engineering processes while meeting program commitments.

Manage the supplier management program supporting procurement, manufacturing, and assembly. Ensure supplier compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Use quality management, project management, and non-destructive examination principles; analyze data with Power BI and R. Requires knowledge of ISO 9001, casting production processes, and engineering principles. Up to 10% domestic travel.
