Design, analyze, and maintain progressive dies, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes. Create SolidWorks models and drawings, program/validate CAD/CAM and CNC toolpaths, perform FEA and tolerance analysis, support prototype builds, machining, inspections, FMEA, and continuous improvement activities in a fast-paced machine shop.

Execute territory sales plan to grow revenue by maintaining and expanding customers, building relationships, troubleshooting quality/service issues, managing a prospect pipeline, preparing proposals/quotes/presentations, sourcing raw materials, determining shipping methods, and representing company initiatives. Collaborate with VP of Sales and cross-functional teams; some overnight travel required.

Lead global tax provision (ASC 740) and US tax compliance activities, manage tax provision and return preparation, coordinate with audits, assist with cash tax forecasting, acquisitions, research, and audit responses. Partner cross-functionally, monitor legislative changes, and improve tax processes, systems, and workpapers.
