Serve as the on-site front desk representative: answer and route calls, greet visitors, support Customer Success and PHX team, manage mail/email, schedule meetings, coordinate office activities, handle travel logistics, order supplies and catering, maintain kitchen and safety compliance, and perform general administrative duties.
